Katherine Gustafson brings over 25 years of world-class market research experience to her role as Fractional Chief Research Officer in partnership with Dental Research Specialists. Through her start-up, Hive Collaborative, she provides executive-level research leadership on a fractional basis, helping organizations drive growth through customer insights, strategy, and innovation.
Her expertise spans both B2B and B2C markets, having led initiatives for several Fortune 20 companies across a wide range of customer segments. Katherine has held senior leadership roles at Kantar, Harris Interactive, MarketTools, and MSG, and also served as Cargill’s Global Voice of the Customer Advisor/Director.
She has partnered with organizations such as JNJ, Novo Nordisk, 3M, Solmetex, and OraBio to uncover strategic pathways to growth. At MarketTools, she led the global General Mills team with a focus on product innovation and concept screening, and at Harris Interactive she spearheaded customer experience initiatives within the Healthcare division.
