Jill Sirko, PhD, has spent the past three years at a leading oral health research institute, overseeing strategic initiatives, communications, marketing, and events. Prior to this role, she led communications at a state-wide legal advocacy firm for people with disabilities. Jill brings a unique background in academic research and extensive experience in nonprofit work, teaching, and health advocacy. She has worked extensively in rural communities, providing adult education and advocacy while helping organizations and companies develop effective messaging and business strategies. She holds a PhD in English literature from Duke University, and an MA in humanities and social thought from New York University.

Jill is skilled at conceptualizing and executing large strategic and marketing initiatives. She led the team responsible for developing and executing ADA Forsyth dentech.
She has access to an extensive network in the oral health ecosystem and beyond, including leaders in research, insurance, government, industry, healthcare, community partners as well as funders and entrepreneurs.
She uses this extensive experience working with stakeholders to help companies develop value propositions and results-driven strategic messaging to support business growth.
Because of her unique background, Jill is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice and breaking down silos between community partners, industry leaders, and stakeholders to drive change. She applies innovative approaches to business development through cross-disciplinary collaboration and strategic partnerships.
