VP of Operations, Research

Laura has almost 20 years of experience with call center operations and project management. She managed the MSG 65-station call center, and is now VP Operations for the Research Division. Her expertise ranges from agent training and performance measurement to operational workload maximization. She is responsible for resourcing and managing all MSG call center activities, data processing, programming, reporting and project management.

In her spare time, Laura is a ferocious reader and board game expert.
